Policies:
No smoking inside cottage, no pets, Children 12 and older are welcome
Check in 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm (please call for late arrival)
Check out 12:00 noon
Payment- a 50% deposit is required at time of booking. Payment in full upon arrival.
Cancellations- one week notice to avoid a one night cancellation fee.
